  • Evaluate your repossession case using our qualification system
  • Connect you with licensed attorneys in your state who may be able to assist with your case
  • Communicate with you about your case status and next steps
  • Process payments and manage attorney-client matching
  • Improve our services and user experience

3. Information Sharing

We share your information only in the following circumstances:

  • With Licensed Attorneys: When an attorney claims your lead through our marketplace, they receive your contact information and case details to evaluate and potentially represent you. You consent to this sharing when submitting the intake form.
  • Service Providers: We use trusted third-party services including Supabase (database hosting), Stripe (payment processing), Vercel (website hosting), and Resend (email delivery). These providers only access data necessary to perform their services.
  • Legal Requirements: We may disclose information when required by law, court order, or government regulation.

We do not sell your personal information to third parties for marketing purposes.

4. Data Retention

We retain your information for as long as necessary to provide our services and fulfill the purposes described in this policy. Lead data is retained for a minimum of 3 years to support ongoing legal matters. You may request deletion of your data at any time (see Your Rights below).
